DESCRIPTION:Bowenville\, Mitchell\, Lara Wetlands\, Longreach\, Winton\, Middleton\, Boulia\, Long reach Isa\, Lawn Hill Gorge\, Gregory\, Four Ways\, Julia Creek\, Barcaldine\, Ruby Vale\, Emerald\, Carnarvon Gorge\, Bowenville \n** a meeting will be arranged in about 2weeks time for members that register and/or are interested in this trip** \n** I would like to keep the number of vehicles to about 10 maximum to ensure a pleasant and safe trip – so make sure you register now** \nDATE:     15th June – 3rd July (the start date may change to 16th June due to some members attending the RACQ Motorfest) \nTRIP LEADER: Deb Anderson – 0435 772 301 \nMEETING PLACE:    Bowenville Reserve Camping area\, Norwin Road\, Wainui Qld \nDIRECTIONS: 28km East of Dalby \nTIME: 7:30am meeting for a short briefing   then departing at 8am  \nRATING: Easy (vehicle must be mechanically sound) \nDISTANCE: Approx. 4800Km – mostly sealed roads with a few sections of unsealed roads \nFUEL: Available along the way – however\, it is advised you should carry extra fuel \nWATER: Available at most stopovers\, recommended to carry additional water \nDOMESTIC ANIMALS: No \nPERMITS REQUIRED: No \nRECOVERY GEAR:  Yes  \nACTIVITIES PLANNED: Artesian Spas\, Dinosaur Tracks\, 2 x River Cruises\, QANTAS museum\, Stockmans Hall of Fame\, Cobb & Co Stagecoach Ride\, Matilda Musical Fence\, Middleton Pub\, Underground Mine tour\, Bushtucker Tour\, Lawn Hill Gorge & Carnarvon Gorge \nWHAT TO BRING:  Detailed list will be given at the meeting.  self-sufficient for Camping and driving long distance\, food\, water\, fuel)
