Another great Club day out with a mix of Outback’s, Foz, an XV and an Isuzu in the convoy. Unfortunately the council decided to close the Condamine River Rd earlier than expected forcing a detour down over the rabbit proof fence line into NSW before heading back into QLD to visit Queen Mary Falls. Great scenery along the way with a spectacular vista viewed from Carr’s lookout. On the afternoon trek, Trip Leader Joe took us up and over the rolling countryside where we all got a lesson in using recovery tracks due to bog hole in one valley.
To our visitors on the day, we trust you enjoyed the adventures and discovered how capable your Subaru is and hope to see you again soon.
